How to Return or Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RNT Flies. If for any reason you are not happy with your flies, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and the flies must be in their original condition.
Refunds
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the flies and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
